ORDERS ROSE STEADILY. IN THE FIRST TWO MONTHS, NHI CONTINUED TO OUTPERFORM THE MARKET

Recently, NHI signed a TBM equipment leasing contract with Xinyuan Coal No. 9 coal return air roadway project, the roadway excavation and coal mine products of NHI have been recognized by the market again. The TBM equipment leasing contract of coal return air roadway is part of the frequent harvest of large orders of NHI. In the first two months of this year, the industry was in the off-season of the whole year. NHI realized a new order of 260 million yuan, and the sales increased steadily, showing a good start.

TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION IS THE FIRST DRIVING FORCE FOR MARKET DEVELOPMENT

"Yangmei Xinyuan No. 1" is a 4.53M diameter full face tunnel boring machine developed by NHI for Yangmei group. It is a TBM equipment used in coal mine tunnel excavation construction. Compared with the disadvantages of traditional blasting method or cantilever road header, such as slow progress, high cost, large potential safety hazards, poor working environment and poor roadway forming quality, "Yangmei Xinyuan No. 1" is safer and more efficient, so it has won customers. Technological innovation to improve product quality is a powerful driving force for the development of NHI.

According to the market demand, in addition to improving the technology of traditional products, NHI also introduced new products to help the green development of the mining industry, and also received orders.

In the context of the overall transformation of the mining industry to low-carbon, environmental protection and green development, Pangang Group decided to start two quality improvement and upgrading projects and began to select equipment suppliers. After visiting Benxi Sanjiazi mining and the MLL1200 spiral vertical mill of Haicheng Houying Group, Pangang Group focused on NHI. MLL1200 screw vertical mill is the largest power screw vertical mill that has been put into operation in China. It is designed and manufactured by NHI. Its biggest advantage lies in its high site utilization rate, which saves 30% ~ 50% energy compared with traditional grinding equipment, which is capable to start with (full) load, and the service life of lining plate is longer as well.

In order to meet the quality improvement and upgrading needs of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group, NHI went deep into the project site to understand the actual situation, formulated an exclusive optimization scheme according to the technical objectives, and customized MLL1120 spiral vertical mill for Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group on the basis of the original model. Finally, with excellent market performance and excellent technical strength, NHI signed 13 sets MLL1120 spiral vertical mills with Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group.

MORE THAN 50 MILLION YUAN OF CONTRACTS SIGNED IN 20 DAYS

Since the beginning of the year, the sales team of NHI has been making use of the "time difference" during holidays to visit old users and develop new markets. It has successively signed sales contracts with new and old customers such as China Railway Fourth Bureau, Conch Group, Vietnam Taishuo, Yunnan Energy Investment, etc. Products cover more than 10 kinds of equipment, such as TBM, Stacker and Reclaimer, Coal Mill, Sintering Machine, Heavy Duty Apron Feeder, Automobile Steering Parts and so on. Contract types include machine manufacturing, equipment transformation, engineering construction, spare parts, processing with materials and other forms. It has formed a good situation of old users orientation, focusing on developing new markets, promoting the whole category together, and developing multiple sales forms at the same time. It has signed a contract of more than 50 million yuan in only 20 days.

THE OVERSEAS MARKET REBOUNDED AGAINST THE TREND

While the domestic market has repeatedly signed large orders, the overseas market of NHI also shows signs of adverse recovery. First, we signed a contract for five sets of apron feeder for Vietnam nickel copper mine project with Vietnam mining company, and then signed a contract for reclaimer project with Tanzania Cement Plant. These two projects are supply contracts directly signed by NHI and overseas users, indicating that NHI's sales reach has penetrated into the core layer of overseas market.
