Four national standards drafted by Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as NHI) were officially released
On December 31,2021,the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration issued the "People's Republic of China National Standards Announcement" (2021 No.17), officially approving 530 recommended national standards.Among them, four standards with international advanced level, which are hosted and drafted by Fangda Group NHI, are listed, namely GB/T41051-2021 "Safety Requirements for Full-face Tunnel Boring Machines for Rock Tunnel Boring Machines", GB /T41052-2021 "Full-face Tunnel Boring Machine Remote Monitoring System", GB/T41053-2021 "Full-face Tunnel Boring Machine Earth Pressure Balance - Slurry Balance Dual-Mode Roadheader", GB/T41056-2021 "Full-face Tunnel Boring Machine double-shielded Rock Tunnel Boring Machine".
National and industry standards for full-face tunnel boring machines have grown from scratch, and then gradually established and improved the product standard system. NHI has made outstanding contributions to the leading enterprise in China's tunnel boring equipment industry, and presided over the drafting of GB/T35019-2018 " National and industry standards such as Slurry Balance Shield Machine for Full-face Tunnel Boring Machines", GB/T41052-2021 "Remote Monitoring System for Full-face Tunnel Boring Machines", etc., participated in the drafting of all published and implemented national standards for full-face tunnel boring machines. These standards have played an important leading and supporting role in the technological development of the tunnel boring equipment industry and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
NHI has entered the field of full-face tunnel boring machine technology since 2004. In 2006, a 5.93-meter-diameter double-shielded rock tunnel boring machine was developed, breaking the long-term foreign monopoly and filling the gap in the country. The slurry balance shield machine with a diameter of 11.38 meters developed in the same year was applied in the Wuhan Yangtze River Tunnel Project, which is known as "the first tunnel of the Yangtze River in thousands of miles", which opened a new era of domestic shield machines crossing the river and the sea.
Through introduction, digestion and absorption and independent innovation, NHI has the technology to develop shield machines and rock tunnel boring machines with a diameter of 3 meters to 15 meters, and has become an important leader in the global full-face tunnel boring machine industry.
