NHI Successfully Passed Site Evaluation of MA Center

(MA Center) arrived at Fangda Group NHI to conduct on-site supervision and evaluation of the mechanical parts, explosion-proof electrical appliances and non-metallic parts of the belt conveyor, the flame-proof and intrinsic safe control box for the full-section coal roadway tunneling machine and other related products. After a day of intense audit, Fangda Group NHI successfully passed site supervision and evaluation and was unanimously praised by the expert team.

Safety Management, System Precede

Obtained Recognition, Passed Approval

During this site supervision and evaluation, Technology & Marketing Center, Process Research Department, Measurement Test Center, Procurement Corporation and Transmission Sub-company (coal machine) of NHI cooperated together and strictly complied MT820-2006, GB3836-2010, MT/T238.3-2006 and other product standards and enterprise standards of planning and implementation.

NHI Quality Assurance Department in cooperation with four experts of audit team, focused on the mechanical parts, explosion-proof electrical appliances and non-metallic parts of the belt conveyor, the explosion-proof and intrinsically safe control box for full-section coal roadway tunneling machine and other related products. During the evaluation process, audit experts reviewed the design and technical documents, on-site production management, raw material incoming management, product inspection and testing of related products through on-site visit and evidence collection, document data review, on-site testing and other methods. At the production site, audit team inspected production facilities, process operating environment, test and monitoring device, as well as processing, heat treatment, welding and other production process control, and carried out site test, photograph and record of sample of complete machine. All departments and production units actively cooperated with each other, accurately reflected the daily working status and provided documents and materials needed by the audit experts as required.
