In May, the installation site for Shiheng Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. was very hot with the temperature being as high as 32 ℃. However, Mr. Wang Yufeng and Mr. Tu Jiancheng still chose to stick to the site and organize equipment installation. As there were many site construction units with a lot of chaos at the site, for the timely unloading of the equipment arrival at the site, they mobilized everyone to clean up the site in time, ensuring the working conditions. In seizing short duration of construction, they started work in advance every day, often gave up the break time at noon, continued to study the follow-up construction scheme, and insisted on finishing the work of the day in the evening, and then considered the task of the next day in advance.
In the installation process, for the workpiece with slope requirements, the user required to use the bed mortar method. In order to meet the needs of users, they led the team members to use their spare time in the evening to learn the construction methods. Finally, they overcame all kinds of field problems, completed 72 sitting piles in two days, and ensured the height, level, slope and other parameter requirements, which was highly approved by users. Recently, the idlers needed to be adjusted at the installation site. Facing of sudden rain and temperature drop, they covered the level gauge with the only umbrella, regardless of being soaked by the rain, to ensure the alignment of the idler.
